Established in 2009, Niseko Winterlab is Annupuri's English-speaking Ski and Snowboard School.  We now cover the entire Niseko United area, offering expert instruction in Annupuri and Hirafu, as well as backcountry guiding and tours of more remote powder spots.  Our experienced instructors are all internationally-certified and our guides are Canadian Avalanche Association accredited. We pride ourselves on safety, personal focus and attention.

Our mission is simple: to share the best of our sport and the area we know and love with our valued guests.

 

Join the Winterlab Team

We are now hiring certified instructors and backcountry guides to work in the world-class resort of Niseko. Customers here are intent on developing their skills and expect exceptional quality and value in their ski school experience. We teach skiers and snowboarders of all levels, including a high percentage of upper-level skiers, both children and adults.

  • A proper visa is required to work in Japan.  Visas can be arranged by Niseko Winterlab (working holiday visa for 30 or under and sponsored working visa for 30+ )

  • We also may hire peak-season only instructors for Xmas/New Years and also Chinese New Years. Please ask for details.

  • APSI/BASI/CSIA/CASI/NZSIA/PSIA Certification required. If you are uncertain if your certification qualifies, please contact us for more details.

  • Full and part-time positions.
